Description

A fine Soviet-era appetizer or lemon fork, crafted from .875 fineness silver with a gilded finish. The tapered handle features exquisite translucent guilloché enamel decoration, displaying alternating teardrop motifs in pale green and white. This decorative panel is framed by a delicate beaded border. The reverse of the shank is struck with Soviet hallmarks, including the 875 silver standard mark and a factory mark, attributed to the Tallinn Jewellery Factory (Tallinna Juveelivabrik) in Estonia. This style represents the refined mid-century production of the Baltic states under the Soviet Union, blending traditional guilloché techniques with modernist colour palettes. Length: approximately 9.5 cm. Weight: approximately 6 grams.
