This lot comprises a substantial collection of approximately 85 vintage Topps Footballer trading cards from the 1974-75 English Football League series. This era of Topps production is highly regarded by collectors for its distinctive colourful borders and evocative action photography. The collection features a diverse range of players from top-flight clubs of the period, including Liverpool legends Ray Clemence and Phil Boersma, Everton’s Steve Sergeant and Mike Bernard, Chelsea’s John Hollins and Ian Hutchinson, and Leeds United stalwarts Paul Madeley and Allan Clarke. Of particular interest to specialists are the Great Britain Select Eleven subset cards, featuring the legendary goalkeeper Peter Shilton and Alan Hudson.
