Lot 237:
Description
A vintage yellow-metal panel bracelet comprising multiple rectangular links with rounded corners. Each panel features a hand-hammered or textured ground decorated with applied three-dimensional motifs, including a butterfly amongst flowers, a floral bouquet, and a bird in flight. The piece is constructed with double jump-ring connectors and is secured by a matching yellow-metal fold-over clasp with a short double-link safety chain. The style is characteristic of mid-20th-century artisanal metalwork, such as that produced by Wendell August Forge. The metal is unmarked and appears to be a gold-toned base metal or bronze. No hallmarks, purity stamps, or maker’s marks are visible. Weight and measurements are not available.
