Description
This lot comprises two commemorative porcelain items honouring Diana, Princess of Wales. The first is a Royal Doulton bone china figurine, model number HN 5061, which is hand-made and hand-decorated. The figurine depicts the Princess in a statuesque pose wearing a strapless light blue evening gown with a textured finish. The underside features the Royal Doulton lion and crown backstamp and is inscribed Designed in England with a 2007 copyright date. The second item is a Bradford Exchange fine porcelain commemorative plate, number 9598 D from the Diana edition, BRADEX number 26-B10-037.1. The plate features a portrait of the Princess wearing the Spencer Tiara and a wide gold-tone filigree border. Height 23cm.
