Description
An assortment of fishing equipment and accessories. The lot includes a large olive canvas shoulder bag featuring leather trim, brass-tone buckles, and multiple interior compartments. Included are several reels: a Shakespeare Graphite MKII spinning reel (Model 2260-035), a small black fly reel marked Walker & Son, Hanover St, Edinburgh, and two additional unmarked fly reels. The collection further comprises two aluminium fly boxes containing various tied flies, a black metal box with hand-annotated paper inserts and card-mounted flies, and three aged leather wallets or pouches. A yellow tin of Kalium Line Dressing from Kalium Products (Redditch) Ltd is also present.
The shoulder bag measures approximately 40 cm in width.
Condition report:
The items exhibit signs of age and significant use. The leather surfaces show scuffing, cracking, and heavy wear. The canvas bag has visible fraying to the interior lining and some exterior staining. Metal components show surface patina, oxidation, and finish loss. The paper inserts in the metal box are yellowed, stained, and brittle. All mechanical items are untested.
