Description
Two character figurine and game sets featuring Belgian and American pop culture themes. The first item is a Suske en Wiske (Spike and Suzy) Avonturenspel board game and figurine set, based on the comic series by Willy Vandersteen. The set comprises a cardboard storage box containing twelve moulded PVC character figurines including Suske, Wiske, Tante Sidonia, Jerom, Lambik, Professor Barabas, and Tobias the dog. The game components include a pictorial card game board with numbered spaces, two decks of illustrated playing cards, and a single red die. The box lid is inscribed Suske en Wiske Avonturenspel and Bewaardoos voor de 12 Suske en Wiske beeldjes. The second item is an officially licensed The Simpsons Greetings from Springfield Collector’s Tin, Series 3, themed around Springfield Elementary. The set is housed in a printed metal tin with a transparent plastic display window. It contains eight static PVC figurines depicting characters from the animated series: Ralph Wiggum, Milhouse Van Houten, Bart Simpson, Nelson Muntz, Otto Mann, Edna Krabappel, Principal Skinner, and Groundskeeper Willie. The packaging features the Matt Groening copyright and is marked Springfield Elementary Series 3.
