Description
A 20th-century Neoclassical style gilt brass table clock featuring an architectural frame. The structure comprises a stepped base, four fluted columns, and a pediment-style top with a central curved cutout. The circular clock movement is suspended within a clear panel. The dial features a white chapter ring with black Roman numerals and a central gold-tone disc, signed UTI to the centre. The reverse displays a circular brass-cased movement with two winding keys, a speed regulator marked with symbols for plus and minus, and an alarm setting knob.
Condition report:
The clock displays light surface wear and minor oxidation to the gilt finish, consistent with age. There are no significant scratches or chips to the clear panel. The movement is untested.
