Description
A trio of assorted desk and table clocks. The collection features a contemporary skeleton mantel clock resembling the Hamilton Revelation model, comprising a cylindrical light-coloured wooden case which houses a skeletal movement with brass-tone gears and a silvered chapter ring with black Roman numerals. Also included is a small circular desk clock in a heavily patinated brass-tone metal case exhibiting prominent verdigris and a discoloured yellow dial with black Arabic numerals. The group is completed by a pocket-watch style desk clock with a darkened metal case, a suspension loop, and a white dial with black Roman numerals. The reverse displays a plain finish with a central winding aperture. No maker’s marks or signatures are visible on any of the items.
Condition report:
The wooden-cased skeleton clock is in good cosmetic condition with minor surface wear. The small circular metal clock shows heavy oxidation, verdigris, and significant discoloration to the dial. The pocket-watch style clock displays surface tarnish, light scratches, and general wear consistent with age. All movements are untested and functionality is not guaranteed.
