Description
Three 1/72 scale die-cast model military tanks, attributed to the Combat Tanks Collection partwork series published by De Agostini or Amercom. Each model is mounted on a black textured plastic plinth and housed within a clear acrylic display case. The collection includes an American M4A3 Sherman tank finished in olive drab with white star insignias and hull markings Houston-Kid II and U.S.A. 30103957. The base is printed with 756th Tank Battalion 5th Army, France – 1945. The second model is a German Pz.Kpfw. VI Tiger Ausf. E (Sd.Kfz. 181) in a grey finish with turret number S20, marked for the 13./Pz.Regt. Grossdeutschland, Neuhammer (Germany) – 1943 on the base. The third vehicle is a German Jagdpanther (Sd.Kfz. 173) tank destroyer in a three-colour ambush camouflage pattern with German cross insignias, marked for Sch Pz.Jg.Abt.559, Luxembourg – 1944. The models are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic detailing for the tracks, gun barrels, and externally mounted tools. No original retail packaging is present.
Display base length: 4.5 inches (11.4 cm).
Condition report:
The models are in good display condition with original paint and decals well-preserved. There are no missing or damaged components observed on the tanks themselves. The clear acrylic cases show light surface scratching and an accumulation of dust. One case has a visible hairline scratch or crack to the front panel.
