Description
A pair of British cast pewter miniature dioramas from The Evergreen Collection, depicting Victorian-era street and trade scenes. The first diorama features a horse-drawn Hansom cab with a driver seated at the rear, a harnessed horse, and two pedestrian figures standing beside a gas lamp. It is mounted on an oval base with a textured cobble and pavement finish. The underside of this piece is finished with green felt. The second piece, titled The Printer, depicts a male figure in a cap and apron operating a manual printing press while seated on a stool. The scene includes a side workbench and is mounted on an irregularly shaped base textured to resemble floorboards. The underside of the printer diorama features an embossed oval cartouche reading: PRINTER FROM THE EVERGREEN COLLECTION MADE IN GT. BRITAIN. Both figures are constructed from a heavy metal alloy with a darkened patina.

Condition report:
Both items appear to be in good condition. There are no visible chips, breaks, or repairs. There is minor surface wear and light dust accumulation consistent with age. The green felt on the base of the Hansom cab diorama shows light wear.
