Description
A collection of British automobilia consisting of four grille badges and one mascot. The group includes a vintage cast metal Royal Automobile Club (RAC) Associate badge featuring a central Union Jack in red, white, and blue enamel, surrounded by the text ROYAL AUTOMOBILE CLUB ASSOCIATE. Also included is a square Automobile Association (AA) badge with a yellow background and black lettering. A later-period square RAC badge features blue lettering, a red crown, and a stylized D logo, accompanied by its original white cardboard packaging. A square Derbyshire County Motor Club (DDMC) badge displays a blue four-petal design with the letters D, D, M, and C in the corners. Completing the lot is a chrome-plated Jaguar Leaper hood mascot in a pouncing pose with a mounting stud at the base.

Circular RAC badge: 11.5 cm high
Jaguar mascot: 19 cm to 20 cm in length.
Condition report:
The vintage RAC Associate badge and the Jaguar mascot exhibit heavy surface pitting and oxidation consistent with long-term outdoor exposure. The AA and DDMC badges show light surface wear and minor scratches to the enamel and metal frames. The boxed RAC badge remains in near-mint, possibly unused condition. The cardboard box shows minor storage wear and light soiling.
