The decorative surface is constructed using various sections of iridescent white mother-of-pearl and green-blue abalone shell inlay, accented with a small circular orange-red inlay, possibly coral or resin. The earrings are finished with a black resin or composite backing and fitted with silver-tone metal posts. They are secured with metal butterfly clips and circular plastic stabilising discs.
Approximate height: 25mm to 30mm.
Condition report:
In good vintage condition. The shell inlay is secure and intact with no missing elements. There is light surface wear and minor scuffing to the reverse consistent with previous use.
