Description
A silver watch chain of Albertina form featuring double snake-link segments. The chain is punctuated by two spherical beads with embossed floral and foliate decoration. It is equipped with a traditional T-bar and a swivel dog-clip clasp. Suspended from the central link is an ornate oval medallion with a scrolled border, featuring a central relief of a male runner. No hallmarks or maker’s marks are discernible.
Condition report:
The piece is in good vintage condition with an aged patina and visible surface tarnish throughout. There is light wear to the raised details on the beads and the central fob. Minor surface scratches are present. Mechanical parts are in working order.
