The item features an incised cross-hatched collar around the neck and a stylized eight-petaled floral motif engraved on the forehead. The eyes are inset with two small, faceted red glass beads. The figurine is finished with a dark brown patinated surface. The underside of the hooves is flat and plain. No maker marks or signatures are present.
Length: 17.5 cm
Height: 11 cm.
Condition report:
The figurine exhibits significant and widespread loss to the dark brown surface finish across the body, neck, and head, revealing the bright brass underneath (Photos 1, 2, 3, and 4). Both faceted red glass eye insets remain intact (Photo 4). There are no visible structural breaks, cracks, or repairs.
