Description
An assortment of antique and vintage textiles comprising various lace and openwork linen pieces in shades of white, cream, and ecru. The collection includes a large rectangular panel of beige filet lace featuring a repeating geometric grid and floral motifs. Also present is a white linen cloth with a deep, ornate crocheted border displaying circular motifs and a scalloped edge. A triangular piece of dark cream crochet work shows a dense pattern with pointed, scalloped borders. The group is completed by several smaller fragments, including white machine-made lace strips and embroidered linen edgings. The pieces exhibit various traditional needlework techniques including crochet, embroidery, and lacework. There are no visible maker marks, labels, or signatures on any of the items.

Condition report:
The textiles are in mixed condition, exhibiting significant age-related discolouration and yellowing, most notably on the folded beige filet lace piece. Several items show heavy creasing from long-term storage. There are some frayed edges and potential small breaks in the delicate lace webbing visible across several fragments.
