Description
A glazed ceramic miniature decanter modelled as a Golden Eagle in a perched position. The figure features detailed relief-moulded plumage in a rich brown glaze, set upon a textured base finished in a mottled green glaze to simulate a mossy rock. The underside of the base is printed in black with the text GLASGOW SCOTLAND, MODELLED BY followed by a cursive signature reading J. G. Tongue 1981, and BESWICK ®. A gold foil adhesive label is applied to the base, printed with the Whyte & Mackay logo and the text WHYTE & MACKAY DISTILLERS LTD GLASGOW SCOTLAND, WHYTE & MACKAY SCOTCH WHISKY in red, 50ml, 40% vol, and PRODUCT OF SCOTLAND.
