Lot 117:
Description
A pair of four-blade folding pocket knives featuring yellow cracked ice celluloid handles with a pearlescent finish. Each knife is constructed with steel blades, brass liners, and nickel-silver bolsters. The tool set on both examples comprises a primary spear-point blade, a secondary fish scaler with a hook-disgorger tip, a combination bottle opener and screwdriver, and a can opener. One side of each handle is decorated with an inlaid nickel-silver fish-shaped shield. One knife is fitted with a lanyard shackle at the bolster. Both primary blades bear stamped marks on the tang, though the characters are not legible as a name.
