Description
A Bronze sculpture of a male golfer captured at the conclusion of a follow-through. The figure is depicted in period sporting attire, comprising a flat cap, a buttoned jacket with a flared hem to suggest motion, and plus-fours tucked into tall, laced boots. The work is cast with a uniform dark brown patina and stands upon an integral circular base textured to resemble turf, featuring a small cast golf ball near the leading foot. The underside of the base is fitted with a dark reddish-brown protective felt pad. There are no visible maker’s marks, signatures, or foundry stamps on the exterior surfaces of the piece.
