Description
A hand-formed art glass figurine of a cockerel, designed in the style of 20th-century Italian Murano glass. The piece features a stylized standing pose with a multi-coloured palette. The head and neck are composed of deep blue cased glass, topped with an orange and amber-toned comb. The central body is clear glass, while the wings and large, sweeping tail feathers incorporate mottled orange, black, and amber tones. The figure is mounted on an integral clear glass base with a textured, rock-like finish. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the piece.
