Description
A matched pair of vintage stud earrings in the form of dragonflies. Each earring is designed with textured wings and a segmented body, featuring a single round-cut black gemstone set at the thorax. The earrings are constructed from white metal and are mounted on a blue felt display card with a printed label reading Sterling Silver. The earrings are fitted with post and butterfly scroll backings. No hallmarks or maker’s marks are visible on the metal components.
Condition report:
The earrings are in good vintage condition. There is visible tarnish and oxidation to the metal surfaces, which is characteristic of aged silver. The display card shows some wear and discolouration.
