Description
A Trendmasters talking action figure of Austin Powers, titled Shagadelic Stripes!, produced in 1998 under licence from New Line Productions. The figure represents the titular character from the film Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery and is constructed from plastic with a tailored fabric outfit comprising a blue pinstripe suit and a cravat. The figure is designed to be fully poseable and incorporates an electronic Shagadelic Chat sound function. It is housed in its original psychedelic-themed window box, which features character biographies and images for Austin Powers, Dr. Evil, and a Fembot on the reverse. Condition report:
The figure appears complete and remains within its original internal packaging. The external window box shows significant condition issues, including heavy tearing and loss to the top flap and upper cardboard edges. There are numerous creases, scuffs, and edge wear to the printed surfaces. The plastic window remains attached, but the surrounding cardboard structure is compromised at the top. The electronic sound function is untested and may require replacement batteries.
