Description
A necklace featuring an integral three-drop pendant set with three circular cabochon-cut amber stones. The stones are of a honey-brown colour and exhibit internal sun spangle inclusions, characteristic of heat-treated amber. The stones are held within white metal rub-over style settings, linked in a tiered vertical arrangement. The pendant is suspended from a fine white metal snake chain, terminating in a spring ring clasp.
Condition report:
The necklace is in good overall condition. There is light surface wear and minor tarnishing to the white metal components consistent with age and use. The amber stones appear secure within their settings and are free from significant chips or cracks. The presentation box shows minor signs of shelf wear.
