Description
A porcelain figurine titled Woman in Prayer produced by Hansen Classics. The sculpture depicts a young woman in a kneeling position with her eyes closed and hands crossed in a prayerful gesture. The figure is made from bisque porcelain with a matte finish and is mounted on a rectangular dark wood plinth. The woman is dressed in a simple gown with a lace-up bodice and a full skirt featuring a bow at the back. No factory marks or signatures are visible on the figure or the base.

Condition report:
The surface shows significant ingrained grime and staining, particularly in the recesses of the hair and drapery. A horizontal line is visible across the forehead, and a prominent line encircles the neck, which may indicate a manufacturing join or a previous repair. The wooden base has minor scuffs and wear to the corners.
