Description
A vintage Steiff Raudi wire-haired dachshund (Teckel) plush toy dog. The animal is crafted from a shaggy, long-pile plush in variegated shades of brown, tan, and cream. It features dark inset eyes, a black leatherette nose, and a simple green ribbon collar. The left ear retains the original manufacturer’s branding, including a silver-toned metal button embossed with Steiff and a yellow cloth tag with a red teddy bear logo and the script Steiff KNOPF IM OHR.

Length (including tail): approximately 35.5 cm.
Condition report:
The toy is in good vintage condition. There is minor matting to the shaggy plush fur consistent with age and handling. The yellow ear tag is present and legible, although the outer edge shows slight fraying. The item is sold without its original box.
