Description
This five-piece fine bone china tea and condiment set is decorated in the Royal Antoinette pattern by Royal Crown Derby. The collection comprises an oval tray with a scalloped and lobed rim, a lidded teapot, a teacup, and a pair of salt and pepper shakers. Each piece is crafted from white porcelain and features transfer-printed floral sprays in shades of pink, purple, and blue, interspersed with gilded star motifs and delicate gold-toned scrolling and dot patterns. The forms are characterised by fluted and scalloped edges with gilded highlights. The teapot is designed with a scrolling handle and a decorative gilded finial on the lid. The underside of the tray bears a red printed backstamp consisting of a crown above an interlocking monogram, with Fine Bone China England in arcs around it.
Tray: approximately 30cm in length.
Condition report:
The set is in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The gilding and transfer-printed floral decoration remain bright and intact with minimal apparent wear.
