Description
A collection of assorted vintage cigarette lighters and a decorative matchbox cover. The group includes several silver-toned slim lighters and one gold-toned lighter with vertical engine-turned ribbing. Notable items include an Artflame silver-toned lighter featuring an integrated digital LCD display window for time and date functions. Another silver-toned lighter features a sliding ignition mechanism marked with the letters AS. The collection also contains a novelty flip-top lighter decorated with a pizza slice graphic on the body and the word PIZZA on the lid, with the interior lid bearing the text SALE EXTRA CHEESE!!. Two silver-toned lighters feature mechanical lift-arm and roller ignition styles. Completing the lot is a metal matchbox sleeve decorated with intricate filigree scrollwork and a pale blue cabochon inset on the top surface.
Condition report:
The items show signs of age and previous use consistent with vintage collectibles. Visible surface scratches, tarnishing, and minor finish loss are present across the metal bodies. The mechanical components, flints, and the digital display on the Artflame lighter are untested for functionality. The collection is sold as seen in as-found condition.
