Description
A trio of hand-carved decorative figures comprising two wooden carvings and one stone carving. The first wooden piece depicts an upright open hand, detailed with fingernails and knuckle creases, suitable for use as a jewellery or ring stand. The second wooden piece is a stylized seated teddy bear with a polished finish and contrasting dark-toned ears. The third item is a stone carving of a chameleon perched on a branch, rendered in a mottled dark green and grey material, possibly soapstone or serpentine, featuring a characteristic curled tail and large eye. No maker’s marks or signatures are apparent.
Condition report:
The items are in good overall condition with minor surface wear and light scuffing consistent with age and use. There are no apparent cracks, significant chips, or repairs. Natural variations in the wood grain and stone patterns are present.
