Description
A diverse collection of items comprising various scientific tools, decorative miniatures, and curiosities. Scientific instruments include a folding pocket compass and clinometer housed in a black synthetic case with an internal mirror and degree markings; a rectangular black-cased electrical gauge with a dial scale from 0 to 100; and a circular pocket planisphere star-charting instrument. Decorative models feature a miniature copper and brass spirit kettle on a stand and a miniature wooden coffee grinder with a metal mechanism. Boxed items include a set of Schwan-Glasschreibstifte (Swan glass writing pens) in their original German-labelled cardboard box and a presentation case containing six decorative souvenir spoons. The collection further includes a ceramic equestrian tap handle depicting a horse and rider, a decorative domed birdcage with floral accents, a Country Western cast metal plaque, a wooden ruler, flexible measuring tapes, and a large quantity of cast metal miniatures such as bells, birds, and various household objects.
Condition report:
Items are in mixed condition consistent with age and use. Some pieces remain in original or protective packaging. Mechanical and electrical functions of instruments have not been tested. General surface wear, oxidation to metal components, and dust throughout.
