Description
A vintage rectangular metal storage box, attributed to Brabantia, finished in a cream-coloured paint. The hinged lid is printed with the Dutch word POETSMIDDELEN in black sans-serif block lettering, indicating its original use for storing polishing or cleaning materials. A central, vertical chrome-plated handle is integrated into the design, passing through a corresponding slot in the lid and supported by an internal chrome rod. The container is fitted with a simple catch-latch on the front and two hinges at the rear. The interior is finished in a matching cream-coloured paint.

Condition report:
The item is in good vintage condition with signs of age and use. Visible wear includes small areas of paint loss and chipping along the lid edges and base. Surface scratches and scuffs are present throughout the exterior and interior. There is minor surface oxidation on the hinges, internal handle rod, and latch mechanism.
