Description
Two items comprising a Westclox Big Ben Repeater pedestal alarm clock and a yellow glass vase. The Westclox clock, manufactured in Scotland, features a circular chrome-plated metal case mounted on a flared pedestal stand. The dial is finished in a vibrant purple sunburst effect, set with silvered arrowhead indices and white Arabic numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. The dial is marked Big Ben REPEAT WESTCLOX and SCOTLAND, and includes luminous hands. The reverse plate is stamped MADE IN SCOTLAND and features integrated winding keys and adjustment knobs for the time and alarm functions. The accompanying yellow glass vase is of a squat, compressed globular form with a narrow neck and wide, flat rim, executed in a mid-century modern style.

Condition report:
The clock case shows surface wear, light scratching, and minor pitting to the chrome finish. The reverse metal plate exhibits significant surface corrosion and oxidation. The crystal has light scuffing. The mechanical movement is untested. The yellow glass vase is in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of repair.
