Description
A collection of vintage sports memorabilia pennants, primarily focused on international motorcycle speedway racing along with Finnish sports club examples. The group includes a commemorative felt pennant for the Ivan Mauger World Jubilee Series (1955-1985) detailing his world championship titles; a 1980 Pete Collins Testimonial pennant for Belle Vue, England; a vinyl pennant for the 1989 World Speedway Final at the Munich Olympiastadion; an Ipswich Witches speedway pennant dated 1984; and a World Final Wembley pennant. Also present is a photographic pennant depicting a speedway rider in racing gear, a blue and yellow stiffened fabric pennant for RNK Raisio Finland, and a small Taru Hockey pennant featuring a moose mascot. The pennants are constructed from felt, vinyl, and printed fabric, many finished with decorative cord or fringes.

Condition report:
The items are in varied vintage condition with visible signs of age-related wear. Several pennants exhibit creasing to the felt and vinyl surfaces. Light fraying is present on the decorative fringes, and there is minor surface soiling and discolouration to the fabric backgrounds consistent with age.
