Description
This collection comprises multiple items of autographed and promotional memorabilia related to British television and international football.
The first item is an autographed promotional photograph of the British singer and actress Toyah Willcox. The studio portrait is set against a pink and blue background and is mounted on a larger white card. It features a handwritten signature in marker reading Toyah Willcox and includes the inscription lots of Love. The name Toyah is printed vertically on the right side.
The second item is a professionally mounted autograph display featuring Franco Baresi, the former AC Milan and Italy footballer. The display contains an action photograph of Baresi in an AC Milan home kit alongside a separate white card bearing a signature in black marker. A printed label below the signature states Personally Signed by Franco Baresi. The display is presented in a multi-aperture black and silver mount and is housed in a protective plastic sleeve. Similar displays are attributed to HWC Trading.
The third item is an autographed promotional card for Andy Kane, widely known as Handy Andy from the BBC series Changing Rooms. The card depicts Kane holding a hammer and is signed in black felt-tip marker with the inscription Best wishes Handy Andy. The card is mounted on a cream-coloured card and bears the printed text HANDY ANDY KANE and Representation: Dave Warwick.
The fourth item is a promotional cast photograph for the BBC soap opera EastEnders. This group photograph features numerous cast members from the early 2000s era, including Barbara Windsor, Wendy Richard, and Mike Reid, posed in front of The Queen Victoria public house set. The EastEnders logo and BBC ONE are printed in the lower right corner. This item is housed in a clear plastic sleeve.
Condition report:
The items in this collection are generally in good condition. The autographed photographs and cards appear well-preserved, with clear and legible signatures. The Franco Baresi display is professionally mounted and remains in its protective sleeve. The EastEnders promotional photograph is also protected by a plastic sleeve. There is minor age-related toning and light wear to the edges of some mounting cards.
