Description
This lot comprises 14 vintage troll dolls, featuring moulded vinyl bodies and signature synthetic fibre hair. The collection includes a diverse range of themed characters and costumes. Notable examples include a firefighter in a black and yellow uniform, a skeleton in a black bodysuit with a white bone print, a witch with an orange-trimmed hat and straw broom accessory, and a medical professional wearing green scrubs and a surgical mask. Also included are figures dressed as a sailor, a rabbit in a pink and white suit, a superhero in a purple mask and cape, and dolls in various styles of sleepwear, including striped pyjamas with matching nightcaps. The hair colours are varied, featuring bright tones of pink, green, yellow, teal, and orange. These figures are in the style of well-known manufacturers such as Russ Berrie and Dam, though no maker’s marks were identified during inspection.
Condition report:
The items are in a play-worn condition consistent with age. The synthetic hair on most figures is frizzed or matted. Costumes appear generally intact, though they show light surface wear and potential minor losses to small accessories. The lot is sold loose and housed in a blue plastic crate.
