Description
An assortment of vintage circular illustrated copper discs, The collection features a wide variety of subjects including domestic animals such as spaniels, retrievers, and a Siamese cat, as well as ornithological studies, a cockerel, and a frog. Botanical illustrations including roses and other flora are present, alongside transport and historical themes featuring a three-masted sailing ship and a hot air balloon. Accompanying the discs is a cylindrical ceramic kitchen storage jar. The jar features a cream-coloured glaze and is decorated with the word Tea in a large, black serif typeface. The lot is presented in a blue textured cardboard storage box.
Condition report:
The copper enamel discs are in generally good, used condition with some minor edge wear and light surface soiling consistent with age and bulk storage. The ceramic jar appears to be in good structural condition with no significant chips or cracks visible to the exterior. The cardboard storage box shows light wear to the edges and corners.
