Description
This diverse lot comprises an assortment of vintage smalls and curiosities. Featured is a boxed fragment of the Berlin Wall, labelled Original Berliner Mauerstein, which includes a German-language Zertifikat documenting the history of the wall from 13 August 1961 to 9 November 1989. Also present is a lithographed metal tin for Quo Vadis? Cigarettes, indicating Turkish Leaf Tobacco. The collection includes several wristwatches with various metallic and expanding link bands, a glazed ceramic figurine of a standing horse, and multiple magnifying glasses of varying sizes and handle designs. Further items include a white folding fan with black guards, a hand-painted wooden egg with floral motifs, a miniature silver-toned binocular ornament, and small cylindrical metal weights. The assortment is completed by a silver-coloured die marked no, various coins including holed examples, a cork, and miscellaneous ephemera such as a matchbox. The items are housed within a pink cardboard box and a smaller jewellery-style case with an inset mirror.
