Lot 118:
Description
A gentleman’s stainless steel diver-style wristwatch featuring a black textured dial with a honeycomb pattern. The dial is marked with a Greek letter Omega symbol and the words OMEGA Seamaster CO-AXIAL CHRONOMETER, alongside a red stylised 007 logo across the centre. The watch face is configured with three sub-dials: a day indicator at the 9 o’clock position, a date indicator at the 3 o’clock position, and a 24-hour dial at the 6 o’clock position. The case is fitted with a black unidirectional rotating bezel with silver-tone Arabic numerals at ten-minute intervals and luminescent hour markers and hands. The watch features a screw-down crown flanked by two pushers, with a secondary crown located at the 10 o’clock position. It is presented on an integrated stainless steel multi-link bracelet. The movement has not been inspected. Potential bidders should note that the calendar sub-dial layout is atypical for genuine Omega Co-Axial Chronometer models which typically feature chronograph complications.
Case size: Approximately 42-45mm (excluding crown).
Condition report:
The watch shows visible signs of wear consistent with regular use, including surface scratches and scuffs to the stainless steel case, bezel, and bracelet. There is noticeable ageing and discolouration to the luminescent material on the hands and hour markers. The working status and timekeeping accuracy of the movement have not been tested. Sold as seen.
