Description
A square-profile decorative storage trunk designed in the aesthetic of early 20th-century travel luggage. The exterior is finished in a distressed dark brown leather-effect material, detailed with rows of brass-toned nailhead studs along the edges and two faux straps with buckles. It features metal-reinforced corner brackets and a central decorative handle on the front face. The lid opens to reveal a smooth, mid-brown stained interior constructed from a wooden composite material. The modern internal hardware, including brass-finished hinges and a mechanical lid stay, suggests contemporary manufacture for the decorative home market.

The trunk is in generally good condition. There are minor surface scuffs, scratches, and rubbing to the exterior edges and corners, much of which is consistent with the item\'s intentional distressed finish. The interior is clean and the mechanical lid stay remains functional.
