Description
This lot comprises two distinct cigar cutting tools. The first is a pair of cigar scissors constructed from polished stainless steel, featuring circular overlapping blades and black plastic-coated ergonomic finger grips. This item is presented in its original black plastic hinged case with a fitted foam insert. The second item is a compact pocket guillotine cigar cutter. The body is made of polished metal, featuring natural stag horn or antler scales pinned to the handle with two small rivets. It includes a metal suspension loop for attachment to a keychain or watch chain. No maker’s marks, stamps, or hallmarks are visible on either item.
Measurements:
Cigar scissors: 10 cm in length
Pocket cutter: 7 cm in length.
Condition report:
Both items are in good condition. The cased scissors appear nearly new with minimal signs of use. The antler-handled pocket cutter shows light surface scratches and wear to the metal components consistent with age. The antler scales are intact and the mechanism is functional.
