Description
A pair of vintage Warwick Flyer Junior adjustable roller skates manufactured by Morris Vulcan Ltd. of Solihull, Warwickshire. The skates feature a pressed steel chassis and are fitted with four black rubber wheels. They include red synthetic toe guards and red, white, and blue striped textile webbing ankle straps with metal buckle fasteners. The skates are length-adjustable using a screw and wing-nut mechanism located on the underside of the frame. The lot includes the original illustrated cardboard retail box, which contains manufacturer information for Charter Works, Vulcan Road, Solihull. The rubber wheels bear embossed lettering stating Made in England.

Condition report:
The skates show evidence of previous use and age. There is visible scuffing and wear to the red toe guards, along with surface oxidation and light rusting on the metal components. The webbing straps show some fraying and age-related discolouration. The original cardboard box exhibits shelf wear including creases, scuffed corners, and light crushing.
