Description
This collectible character doll represents the Macki hedgehog figure, a son of the Mecki mascot, and is attributed to Steiff, Germany. The figure is constructed with a moulded plastic or vinyl head, hands, and feet, attached to a stuffed body. It features distinctive spiky mohair hair and is dressed in original fabric attire consisting of a red and white checked shirt, grey-blue trousers, and a felt-like orange waistcoat. A circular paper identification tag with a red border is attached to the chest, although the text is not clearly legible. The limbs are poseable.

Condition report:
The figure is in good vintage condition showing signs of age-related wear. There is minor fading and fraying to the fabric clothing and a general dusty appearance to the mohair hair. The paintwork on the face and limbs exhibits slight rubbing but remains largely intact. The chest tag shows some creasing and age-related discolouration.
