Description
Produced by Corgi, these two limited edition sets feature various vehicles constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components. The first set, Barton’s Bus & Coach, contains a double-decker bus and a single-decker coach, both finished in a red and cream livery. The double-decker features advertising for Hopewells for Furniture and Barton, while the coach features Barton branding. This set is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity numbered 4572 of 12,000 produced. The second set is the Battle of Britain 50th Anniversary collection, which includes three vehicles in dark blue-grey Royal Air Force livery with roundels: a Bedford Air Passenger Coach, a Morris 1000 van, and a Ford Zephyr saloon. This set includes its original commemorative card and a certificate of authenticity numbered 9760 of 13,000 produced. Both sets are housed in their original presentation boxes.
Condition report:
The vehicles appear to be in very good condition, showing no significant signs of play wear or damage. The original presentation boxes and certificates of authenticity exhibit light signs of shelf wear, including minor scuffing to the corners and edges.
