Description
This set of personal grooming accessories is crafted from solid ebony wood, featuring a smooth dark finish. The collection includes a hand mirror, two hairbrushes, one rectangular clothes brush, and one comb. The hairbrushes and clothes brush are fitted with natural bristles. The handle of the hand mirror is stamped with the mark REAL-EBONY. The items are presented in the original fitted case, which has a black textured leatherette exterior and a cream-coloured gathered satin-finish lining. The set is accompanied by a matching satin dust bag and a small handwritten card that reads With every Good.

Condition report:
The mirror plate shows significant foxing, desilvering, and clouding typical of its age. The ebony components exhibit light surface scratches and minor wear from handling. The bristles show signs of previous use, while the comb appears to be intact. The interior fabric lining of the case is heavily creased and shows minor spotting and discolouration. The exterior of the case shows scuffing to the textured surface and wear to the edges and corners.
