Description
A varied collection of 20th-century collectibles featuring fine English ceramics, enamelware, personal grooming items, and tabletop games.
The ceramic portion includes two Royal Worcester porcelain egg coddlers, each housed in a dark blue presentation box. One is decorated in the Bournemouth pattern with fruit and floral sprays, while the second depicts a pastoral landscape with a floral motif. Both coddlers are fitted with polished metal screw-top lids and ring handles. Also included is a Royal Worcester commemorative mug, produced for Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee, featuring a gold silhouette within a blue and gold patterned border, complete with its original presentation box and documentation.
The enamelware comprises a Halcyon Days enamel trinket box of oval form. The lid is decorated with a red poppy design. It is presented in its original blue velvet-lined box, which bears a label with three Royal Warrants and text referencing the revival of 18th-century English craft.
Personal grooming equipment consists of three safety razors and a sharpening hone. Included are two Ever-Ready safety razors; one is a single-edge model in a cream-coloured textured plastic case, and the second is contained within a brown leatherette-style travel pouch. A third safety razor with a chrome-finished head and textured handle is presented in a maroon textured case with a velvet lining. The Aloxite Razor Hone No 200, manufactured by The Carborundum Company in Manchester, England, is provided in its original cardboard packaging.
The group is completed by two examples of the Belisha card game from the Pepys Series, published by Castell Brothers Ltd. of London and Glasgow, contained in orange card boxes.

Condition report:
The Royal Worcester ceramics and the Halcyon Days enamel box appear to be in excellent, near-mint condition within their original presentation boxes. The safety razors exhibit minor surface oxidation and wear consistent with age and light use. The Aloxite hone box shows heavy wear with significant scuffing and fraying to the edges. Regarding the Belisha games, one box is in poor condition with a large tear and loss of paper to the front face, while the second box shows moderate soiling and shelf wear.
