Description
An assortment of sixteen vintage toy vehicles, primarily constructed from moulded plastic with metal axles. The collection features a variety of mid-20th-century automotive and commercial models. Notable examples include a red and white BMW Isetta bubble car bearing the licence plate M-I 250, a yellow Volkswagen Beetle with Swiss PTT postal markings, a red Jaguar E-Type with the licence plate ATL 1, and a white Jaguar Mk II police car. The lot also contains a peach-coloured Triumph TR3 open-top sports car with a driver figure numbered 29, a red Alfa Romeo-style racing car numbered 2, and a silver racing car numbered 5. Commercial vehicles include a blue van equipped with a roof-mounted loudspeaker and a yellow delivery van with partially legible side lettering. Other models include a blue Ford Thunderbird convertible, a yellow Opel-style sedan, a green Morris Minor Traveller, a green limousine, a silver-grey Aston Martin DB5, and a black Citroen DS. All items are in a played-with condition with visible signs of wear and age. The blue loudspeaker van shows significant paint loss and surface wear. The silver racing car is missing its windshield, and the yellow Volkswagen Beetle is missing its rear-mounted engine cover component. The white police car exhibits yellowing to the plastic body. General surface scuffing, scratches, and ingrained dust are present across all models.
