Description
A collection of five vintage dart sets with respective carrying cases. The group includes a Renault promotional set featuring three brass-toned barrels and yellow flights bearing the Renault diamond logo, housed in a branded black pouch. A set of Hi-Tec International Design Darts is included, featuring three nickel tungsten barrels and a red and black pouch marked Made in England. The central set consists of three darts with blue and silver ringed barrels and blue shafts, contained in a tall black leather case with gold-toned metal rims; the interior is stamped Real Leather and GT BRITAIN. The lot further includes a set with black flights in a textured black folding case with a burgundy interior, and a set with grey ringed barrels and red flights in a red and black pouch. Assorted spare components include yellow Renault flights, cream-coloured shafts, and decorative flights featuring a wolfs head.
Tall leather case: 17 cm length.
Condition report:
The collection displays signs of age and handling consistent with use. Metal barrels show characteristic surface oxidation and minor impact marks. Carrying cases exhibit light scuffing and edge wear, with the Hi-Tec pouch showing more pronounced wear and cracking to the red interior lining. Flights show minor fraying at the edges, and the set in the top-left case is missing one flight.
