Description
This lot comprises an assortment of vintage decorative objects and metalware. A central item is a large Blue Mountain Pottery panther figurine featuring a turquoise and black drip glaze. The collection is housed in a rectangular wooden storage box with a burl wood veneer front panel and a central keyhole. Included are a leather-wrapped hip flask embossed with King of Scots and a stylized X, a lithographed Merito Blackcurrant Pastilles tin, and two vintage landscape postcards. Metalware items consist of a silver-toned tea strainer with a pierced scrollwork handle, a cast metal figure of a Native American warrior, a small rococo-style picture frame, a silver-toned hair barrette with an eagle motif, and a napkin ring with a blue glass liner. Additional pieces include a white bisque porcelain figure of a seated cherub playing a flute, an enamelled egg-shaped trinket box, a circular decorative dish set with seven multi-coloured glass cabochons, a harmonica, a blue and white ceramic knob, and a selection of costume jewellery including brooches.

Condition report:
The collection shows general signs of age and use. The Blue Mountain Pottery panther appears intact with no visible chips or cracks. The wooden box exhibits surface scratches, scuffs, and minor wear to the finish. Metal items show varying degrees of surface oxidation and tarnishing. The postcards show edge wear and minor discolouration.
