Description
A Fun-Damental brand novelty talking cookie jar titled The Original Cookie Cop. The piece is constructed from moulded plastic and depicts a caricature of a police officer in a light blue uniform with dark blue trousers and black boots. The officer wears a peaked cap with a silver-coloured badge and has a matching badge on the chest, both inscribed with the words Cookie Cop and a central five-pointed star. The figure is designed with a black tie, a gold-coloured belt buckle, and a black baton held under the left arm. The head is hinged at the back of the neck, opening upwards to reveal a hollow storage compartment. This model is designed with an internal battery-operated sound mechanism intended to trigger an audible warning when the lid is opened.

Condition report:
The item remains in good condition with vibrant colours. A small black scuff is present on the tip of the nose along with a faint mark on the right cheek. There are minor surface scuffs and light signs of wear on the plastic uniform, specifically on the shoulders and arms. The electronic sound mechanism is untested and the battery compartment is not shown in the provided images.
