Description
A vintage point of sale bar tap font head for Harp Lager, a brand historically associated with Guinness. The unit features a distinctive inverted triangular metal frame, chrome-plated, housing a central clear acrylic section with vertical internal louvres. A horizontal plastic band in blue and gold is fixed across the centre of the frame, bearing the brand name Harp. The assembly is mounted upon a conical blue plastic base which features a triangular Harp logo on the front face. The reverse of the top frame is embossed with the words Harp Lager, while the front is embossed with Cooled Lager. The back of the blue band contains printed cleaning instructions stating Please clean only with a damp cloth. Never with an abrasive cleaner. The rear of the base section includes a cutout for the original font mounting hardware.

Condition report:
The item is in used, ex-pub condition. There is significant pitting, oxidation, and surface tarnishing across the metal frame, most notably on the top edges and corners. The blue plastic base exhibits surface scuffing and ingrained dirt. The internal acrylic section shows minor signs of age but remains clear.
