Description
A sterling silver multi-gemstone pendant. The piece features a large oval pink opal cabochon with characteristic white mottling, secured in a plain bezel setting. Above this main stone is an openwork arrangement of six further gemstones, comprising a round faceted colourless stone, an oval faceted pink stone, a round banded rhodochrosite cabochon, a reddish-pink cabochon, and two small pale pink cabochons. The pendant is fitted with a tapered bail for suspension, which is stamped 925 to the reverse.
Condition report:
The pendant presents in good overall condition. The silver shows light surface scratches and moderate tarnish commensurate with wear. All gemstones are securely set and display natural internal characteristics.
