Description
A pair of Silver drop earrings featuring heart-shaped pendants with white iridescent inlays and decorative milgrain borders. Each earring is composed of a polished spherical stud post which suspends a short section of cable link chain. The chain terminates in a heart-shaped frame containing a pearlescent white inlay, consistent in appearance with mother-of-pearl. The borders of the heart pendants are finished with a fine beaded edge. The earrings are secured with butterfly scroll backings. Indistinct stamped marks are present on the scroll backs.
Condition report:
The earrings appear in good wearable condition as a matched pair (photo 1). There is no visible damage, chips, or cracking to either of the heart-shaped iridescent inlays (photo 2). Minor surface wear and light scratches are visible on the metal surfaces of the studs and pendants, consistent with occasional use (photo 2).
